This is a collection of large rocks from all around Australia. They come from diverse places like the iron ore and gold mining areas.
Surprisingly, they are actually interesting to look at, and offer some interesting perspectives for photos.
There is plenty of free parking nearby.
The rock collection has moved up the hill to the Arboretum. Unfortunately, the new location is to one side of the road leading up the hill and there is no dedicated parking available. The rocks have now been scattered along some paths and are no longer a prominent display as they were previously. It's not clear if this is just a temporary holding area for the rocks. Most of them are now hidden behind a hill.
The garden is in the National Arboretum on the right hand side as you drive up.
