Photography sites in and around Canberra

The purpose of this site is to help photographers find good locations around Canberra.   

Other websites provide a list of the "top ten" places, but these tend to only suit one type of audience.  I'm trying to give some more context to the locations, so you'll know: how to get there, what's there to photograph, and any other relevant information like whether there are toilets nearby.

I've visited all the locations listed, and the sample photos here are intended to show you a small sample of the types of subject that you might find at each location.   However, mostly I've taken photos AT the locations rather than OF the locations, but I hope to progressively add some photos about each of the places so you'll know what to expect when you get there.

There are probably a large number of sites with interesting photo opportunities that most of us don't know about.   So we need your help to add them to this catalog.
