Although Mt Majura has views across North Canberra, I've not put it in the lookout category because you can only hike to the top. The road is now limited to official use only to get to the radar station at the top. There is a trig station slightly above the radar station, but you are almost directly in line with the radar beam so I wouldn't spend too much time there.
There are good views west to Canberra City on the way up and at the top.
There are a series of trails that take you from the road in Watson up to the top. You actually seem to transition from one reserve to another as you go up. The trails are clay with some loose stones, so it's recommended that you wear shoes with a good tread. Because the trails are clay, they could get slippery in the wet.
It takes about an hour to climb to the top, stopping occasionally to catch your breath or take a photograph. Coming down is a lot faster, but you still have to be careful about slipping on the trail. My smartwatch said I climbed the equivalent of 44 floors.
There are no toilets here.

The track is in good condition
Well maintained clay trail that isn't too steep
Overflow dam at the bottom of the mountain for the water storage reservoir.
Well maintained tracks
Looking east from half way up
I presume no wheelchairs past this point. This is where you transition onto the Mt Majura track for the final ascent to the top.
There was a constant stream of walkers
The gradient you are climbing on the Mt Majura track.
The final ascent is reasonably steep

The obligatory shot of Black Mountain Tower in the distance
Going back down
I'll have to see where this road goes
