A good place to visit on a weekend when you feel like taking some photos of sculptures.
It is by the side of the lake and near both the National Gallery and the National Portrait Gallery, so it's worth your time if you are in that area and you've already got your car parked.
There are toilets in the garden and also in the adjacent buildings.

You can park by the lake (free) and walk up, or park underground the National Gallery (paid parking)
