I'm not sure if this site should be listed under Lookouts or Nature. There's no name for this spot in Google Maps, so I've named it myself for now.
Although you enter through the electrified gate into the Goorooyarroo Nature Reserve, you turn right and head uphill and then pass through another electrified fence that I think is taking you into Mulligans Flat Reserve.
The trail starts as a gravel road that becomes a track that eventually disappears as you trek uphill.
The ground is very rocky at times, without much ground cover.
There's a lower peak with good views, and then a higher peak at the back. My smart watch said the top was the equivalent of 38 stories high, but that makes it sound harder than it really is.
There are a few gun ranges over the hill, so be prepared for some gun noise, like the sound of people hitting a metal garage door with a piece of metal.
There are no toilets here.
Nearest entrance is off Horse Park Parade, just before the off-ramp to the Federal Highway. There is a large car park there.

A bit higher
Quite a few kangaroos keeping an eye on you
No track to speak of, because the ground is very rocky
